Edward A. Parrish has owned and operated the business since August 1973. Loyalty to employees and customers throughout the years has been his mission. We are a family owned and operated company where all employees are one big family.  We have been blessed with 2 current employees with over 30 years of experience along with 3 employees with over 25 years experience. Rural Garbage Service proudly had one employee to retire after 30 years of service.

Unfortunately, Edward’s health declined in 2015, which left him unable to operate his business. His children, Christopher and Charlotte willingly assumed his role in the company. The company began offering recycling services in select areas of Forsyth County at the beginning of 2017.

Our goal is to continue the legacy of Edward A. Parrish by providing outstanding customer service. Rural Garbage Service looks forward to serving Forsyth County residents with all their waste & recycling removal needs.
